The Board is committed to high standards of corporate governance as outlined in the Combined Code on corporate governance appended to the UK Listing Authority Rules.

To help ensure this the Board has three major committees which report into it and function within defined terms of reference. These are the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee. Membership of these committees is shown under Board of Directors in the Investor Relations part of the website.
