For the past twenty years ZFI has sold materials in North America made by Zotefoams plc of Croydon, England. The opening of the North American manufacturing facility in 2001 changed it into an integrated manufacturing and marketing operation.

AZOTE® is the group brand for a variety of polyolefin foams manufactured from differing base polymers but using the same unique process route.

PLASTAZOTE®, EVAZOTE®, SUPAZOTE® and PROPOZOTE® are world-wide registered trademarks for the current product range which is available through a global wholesaler and converter network.

ZOTEK® is Zotefoams' range of high performance foams manufactured from fluoropolymers and engineering thermoplastics. Polymers of this type are known to be tough, rigid and possess high strength characteristics. Many can withstand temperatures in excess of 320°F (160°C), have inherent flame retardant properties and outstanding chemical resistance. The foams maintain many of the properties of these solid polymers, but with enhanced insulation properties, and higher strength to weight ratio.
